The team for KC PIER led by Enrique was fabulous. Enrique communicated with us continuously throughout the 2 days of the install of 2 egress windows. Our home is a berm/earth contact home, so these windows were installed in a finished area of our home. They were professional, courteous and tidy. (They had to walk though the house to reach the construction area and did a great job of not tracking the mud through. They put down plastic on the carpet to protect it. When they finished, everything was cleaned up. We've since had several hard rains, including sideways rain coming straight into the window and the wells, No Leaks! The windows are beautiful, so much more light come in and knowing our family now has another way to safely exit this room is a great relief.

KC Pier was referred to me by a neighbor and I’m glad they did! Chris came out to give me an estimate. The encounter was very pleasant and low pressure. This could have gotten real expensive, but the option recommended was not the most expensive one. That made me feel good about this whole thing as he could have really taken advantage of me. Damien’s crew came out to start the work. I was impressed when they put paper over my wooden floors and put up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of my basement from dust. Everything was going fine until they were cutting out an unused drain pipe and we found it was full of nasty stuff. I cleaned that up on Friday and called to reschedule for completion on Monday. They were able to schedule me for Tuesday morning. Daniel and Juan came out at 9:00 to finish the job. They all did an exceptional job and did a great cleanup. I would recommend KC Pier anytime you need foundation work!
