Excellent service all around. We decided to go with KC Pier even though we had quotes from other companies. Chris explained everything so well and thorough. The treatment plan he recommended was exactly what we needed. The other companies either tried to charge us for more than what we needed or were not reliable enough to work with. Chris was very honest and patient with us since we had a lot of questions. The crew that came out was very professional and courteous of my property. Luis, who I believe was the foreman kept clear communication throughout the day about the progress of the work. They were actually finished before the original time intended. The crack above my door also closed up even though it wasnt anticipated to do so. I feel very confident about the three piers they installed and no more worries of a sinking slab. I had a trench dug inside my basement, a new sump pump installed, a new conduit to the exterior and membrane added to a section of wall. Also had a long crack in a basement wall filled. Alex and his crew were on time (which is always a pleasant surprise) and worked professionally taking about six hours to complete this project. The basement was left clean, another pleasantry.
