I would not recommend this company. First of all, they had my phone number wrong so they just showed up unannounced one evening.The men that did the actual work could have done a magical thing and reached out to their office for the correct phone number. Mistakes happen, but this is a business, supposedly. Second, the "work" that was done took about ten minutes. What looked like caulk (high grade epoxy as they referred to it) was smeared over the cracks with their fingers. No preparation was done, like grinding or brushing the cracks. I could go to Home Depot and buy something to smear on the cracks. Third, the representative that initially looked at the basement was shown third crack that was nowhere on the work order. So, I paid $1500 for ten minutes of work. Nothing was accomplished by reaching out to KC Pier. So please do not use this company.

I met Brian at the home show in Kemper Arena. He from the start gave me his undivided attention and more than answered my mountain of questions. I walked through the show and no one showed any interest in helping me navigate this type of work. They all had the standard schedule an appointment and I will give an estimate. I collected cards and moved on. I did end up setting an appointment and it was with Brian at KC PIER. I never once thought of another company. Tragedy struck days before my work was to be done. Brian was more than understanding and helped guide me through what needed to be done. Again calm, professional but most of all understanding. Being on edge, as with any project of this magnitude, there are things that arise. Brian was there. The crew chiefs were there. Everyone was tangible and professional. Never once did I ever feel that I was just a customer. My family and I was treated as if they will see me every week. I was never rushed in my conversations. I was never dismissed for something more important. Every communication was handled in a way that made me feel more than secure in my decision of choosing KC PIER. Thank you for making my house livable for years to come.

Damien and Luke did a great job installing pipes outside of our house for drainage. They hauled off a broken cement drain catcher along with a door that was left from previous workers. Really appreciated that!
