As you can see from the before and after photos, Damien and Luke did a fabulous job straightening out a very crooked porch post on a 100-year-old rental property. I told them I would’ve been satisfied if they had improved it by 50%. I absolutely did not expect that they could get it perfectly straight as they did, while doing no damage to the structure or even to the upper trim on the porch post itself. See my previous review for the excellent work KC Pier did repairing the foundation on my primary residence. Chris did a similarly great job diagnosing and design designing solutions for both houses. In both cases, pricing was below competitors who were less impressive in their diagnosis and proposals. Great job, guys. Highly recommend.

Excellent service all around. We decided to go with KC Pier even though we had quotes from other companies. Chris explained everything so well and thorough. The treatment plan he recommended was exactly what we needed. The other companies either tried to charge us for more than what we needed or were not reliable enough to work with. Chris was very honest and patient with us since we had a lot of questions. The crew that came out was very professional and courteous of my property. Luis, who I believe was the foreman kept clear communication throughout the day about the progress of the work. They were actually finished before the original time intended. The crack above my door also closed up even though it wasnt anticipated to do so. I feel very confident about the three piers they installed and no more worries of a sinking slab. KC Pier did a great job on our house. The process started by them analyzing the foundation followed with recommendations. We selected them, they were prompt to complete the job and kept us informed during the process. They really know what they are doing.

KC Pier is awesome. Brian came out and did an initial consultation with us. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he didn’t try to upsell us or recommend anything we didn’t need. The entire visit took 30-45min. Would strongly recommend them if you’re considering foundation repair work

The work that was done met my expectations. The cost was really high for no longer than they were here. Over all I'm pleased with the results.
