KC Pier was referred to me by a neighbor and I’m glad they did! Chris came out to give me an estimate. The encounter was very pleasant and low pressure. This could have gotten real expensive, but the option recommended was not the most expensive one. That made me feel good about this whole thing as he could have really taken advantage of me. Damien’s crew came out to start the work. I was impressed when they put paper over my wooden floors and put up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of my basement from dust. Everything was going fine until they were cutting out an unused drain pipe and we found it was full of nasty stuff. I cleaned that up on Friday and called to reschedule for completion on Monday. They were able to schedule me for Tuesday morning. Daniel and Juan came out at 9:00 to finish the job. They all did an exceptional job and did a great cleanup. I would recommend KC Pier anytime you need foundation work!

My wife and I had a good experience having KC Pier coming out to fix the leveling of our front steps as well as repairing and lifting the sidewalk to the front door as it had broken from settling. Brian was the one to come out and do the inspection and give us a quote. He didn’t pressure us into doing any work and was knowledgeable and informative about the things he saw. Scheduling was quick and both Daniel and Juan, the individuals that performed the work, were professional and respectful of us and our property.
