We got 4 bids for our basement walls that were cracking and caving in. KC Pier's approach not only made the most sense, but their pricing was great and we could tell Chris really understood and was an expert. He gave us a date after we submitted the deposit, Maddie in the office responded quickly to any questions that I had, and the on-site crew was nothing short of amazing. Hector and Luis communicated throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would, and the entire crew worked diligently every day to finish the entire project in 3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get foundation work done.

They were very professional worked clean completed the job in a timely matter and cleaned up all their leftovers so it looks like they were never here except for my walls are fixed in my basement and new plates on my poles that support the center of the house

KC Pier did a great job repairing a main beam across the floor in the crawlspace. The crew was professional, left everything clean, and the whole process was smooth. My only suggestion would be to give customers a little time to look over the completed work before requesting payment. It also felt like nothing could be scheduled or moved forward without payment first, which can create a sense of urgency or pressure. I had no problem paying, but a little more flexibility would make the experience even better.
