My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done. We live in a 100+ year old house.Not having any experience with foundation work they walked us through and explained the process. KC Pier was able to offer an option that was not offered by another company. They were able address all four of my basement walls for less money than the competitors would do one wall.

The crew did an excellent job completing the work in just two days. Even though they had to dig deep holes in the yard to install the piers, you could barely tell any work had been done when they finished. They left the property spotless.

The team seemed to work well together and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders to see progress. They just finished and made sure the site was cleaned up and ready for us to do landscaping. I'll have to wait a couple years to determine if piering (4 piers) stopped the movement, but I don't have any doubt that everything is good to go.
