Steve Maloney is a Structural Consultant with KC Pier who brings 15 years of combined home improvement and cement manufacturing experience to the company’s residential and commercial foundation repair and basement waterproofing team.

Born in Kansas City and raised in the small town of Fredonia, Kansas, Steve developed a strong appreciation for community, integrity, and the satisfaction that comes from helping others.

His background in home improvement gives him a practical understanding of residential construction, while his cement manufacturing experience provides valuable knowledge of the materials and processes associated with concrete and structural applications.

At KC Pier, Steve works directly with homeowners and commercial property owners to evaluate foundation movement, basement water intrusion, and other structural concerns. He takes time to understand each property, clearly explain what he finds, and help customers identify an appropriate repair solution for their needs.
